Scum Byster

Frame: Box in three states: off, corners or 2D. Skeleton, health bar and health text, distance and a line to the target.
Held weapon: Shows what a person is carrying. In SCUM that matters more than a health bar: a player with a shotgun in a field and one with a sniper rifle on a hill are different stories.
Visibility check: Marks who is in direct line of sight. The layer range sits on its own slider.

Puppets: Name, health bar, distance, line, skeleton, box and visibility check, with its own maximum range independent of players.
NPCs: The same set without the visibility check. Useful in zones where a live opponent and an NPC blur together at silhouette range.
Animals: A simplified layer: name, distance, line and range. Not for hunting but so a boar in the bushes does not read as a person.

Eight categories: Weapons, ammunition, food, spoiled food, medical supplies, attachments, clothing and the rest. Each on its own toggle.
Spoiled food apart: Its own category, and that is no small thing: SCUM's metabolism tracks nutrients, and rotten food leads to poisoning. Easier to switch it off entirely than sort it out on the move.
Labels: Item name and distance to it, with an overall range limit for the layer.

Sentries: Name, distance, line, visibility check and their own range. The main reason a bunker loot run ends before it starts.
Razors: A separate layer with skeleton and distance. They close fast and get noticed late, which makes the marker worth more than it looks.
Vehicles: Name, distance, line and range. Somebody else's car on the map usually means the owner is nearby.

Three target types: Players, NPCs and puppets toggle separately. You can keep it to people and fight the pack by hand.
Target selection: Three modes: by FOV, by distance or combined. Combined takes the nearest inside the angle rather than the nearest on the map.
Aim point: Six bones: head, chest, left and right arm, left and right leg. Chest is calmer than head and raises noticeably fewer questions.
Settings: Smoothing, FOV with an on-screen circle, maximum distance, an aim line and a visibility check so the aim is not dragged toward a target behind a wall.

Crosshair: A custom mark in the centre of the screen, useful on guns without iron sights.
FPS counters: Game frame rate and, separately, overlay frame rate. The second tells you whether the overlay or the game itself is dropping frames.
