Help: setup, launch errors, what we recommend

Read this before you run the loader. Most stalls come from antivirus, fullscreen, or a game patch — nobody can sell a zero-ban promise.

How the software works

What you buy is a loader plus a key. It does not patch the game install folder for you.

After payment the loader link and key land in your checkout email. The loader pulls the current build and opens the menu. ESP and radar live on your screen; other players do not see them. A bot or auto-rotation is visible in how the character moves.

External builds sit in their own process; internal builds inject. Trust the note on the product card.
Windowed or borderless is required for overlay and radar. Fullscreen parks the layer in the wrong place.
After a game patch the listing may show Frozen. Subscription time does not burn while it is down.
A spoofer is not in every pack. Even when it is, it does not wipe a hardware ban. Read Yes/No on the card.

What you need on the PC

Phones and tablets are out. Install and activate on a Windows machine.

Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. Win+R → winver. Stay inside the build range on the product card.
Launch the game from the client the card lists: Steam, Battle.net, or the official launcher.
Before the first run, exclude the loader folder in Windows Defender and any third-party antivirus.
Turn off Discord, GeForce Experience, Xbox Game Bar and recorder overlays. They steal hotkeys and the menu.
If the card asks for Visual C++ Redistributable or .NET, install those first, then the loader.
Run as administrator only when the card says so. Do not make “admin everything” a habit.

Common install and launch errors

Try these before you open a ticket. Most cases die in a minute.

The download or instructions link will not open

ISP or country filters can drop the page. Turn on a VPN, try another browser or device. Still dead? Send the order link; we pass an alternate.

The loader errors or closes at once

Antivirus treats the loader as a threat. Exclude the folder, kill overlays, try once as admin. If it persists, send winver and a short clip.

Menu or overlay is missing or in the wrong place

Leave fullscreen; use windowed or borderless. Press the hotkey in a match, not the lobby. Set extra monitors to 100% scale.

It says Updating or Frozen

The developer is rebuilding for the new patch. That can take hours or a couple of days. The licence is paused. Watch Status and the news channel.

Black screen or a reboot

Close GPU overlays and recorders, update the driver, reboot clean. If the pack needs a driver or DMA, follow the BIOS/USB line on the card.

No key or loader in the inbox

Check spam and promotions. A mistyped checkout address cannot be guessed. Support will ask for the order code. Products without an account area deliver only by email.

What we recommend

This is not a ban shield. It is how you waste less time and fewer accounts.

Read the card first: Windows range, client, spoof, windowed rule, last update.
Do not park a bot on the same loop for hours on the main. ESP stays on your screen; automation looks mechanical from outside.
Keep farm or mule accounts off the main, especially for gather and fishing bots.
Do not share the loader or the key. Shared keys get cut, no refund.
Do not leave aimbot on a hard lock with zero smoothing. Reports and replays punish that. If the card says legit, keep FOV tight.
When you write support, send the order link, product name, winver, and a 20–30s launch clip. Incomplete tickets sit in the queue.
